All orders are shipped direct to your door, often just hours after being cut, via Federal Express Standard Overnight delivery. Prices include all delivery, box and handling charges to most areas in the U.S.A. Please note that Alaska, Puerto Rico and some rural areas require a higher delivery charge. Please call or email us if you are not sure.
Wrong Address Charge
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. Federal Express charges us a $10 wrong address fee which we will need to pass on to you if this should occur.
Volume discounts are available to recognized retail flower shops or outlets. Please call us direct for pricing information.
Our Guarantee
Our business depends on repeat customers and we guarantee both our tropical flowers and our service. If you are not satisfied with the condition of our flowers when you receive them... we will replace your flowers or issue credit if the problem is reported within 3 days of the delivery. If flowers were damaged by unexpected weather related emergencies or disasters during transit, we will replace them when the weather conditions permit a successful delivery.
