Tropical Flower Care Instructions
To help your tropical bouquet last as long as possible

Care and Handling
1. After receiving your box of Hawaiian tropical flowers, carefully unwrap and remove paper shreds being careful not to damage the flowers. Soak flowers in tap water for 10-15 minutes. A bath tub works well. (Except feathery protea flowers)

2. While flowers are are under the water, cut about a half inch off the end of stem at a 45 degree angle. Plants try to heal like people when cut, so re-cutting the stems will allow water do be drawn back up into the flower to rehydrate.

3. Arrange your tropical flowers from Hawaii in a vase stable enough for the size of the flowers to avoid tipping. Wet arrangement foam can be used to help keep flowers in place.

4. Although it take a little extra work, clipping another half inch off the stems and changing water every 2 to 3 days can help your flowers last even longer.
